5. Telehealth Privacy
We use secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology to protect your privacy. All video sessions are encrypted, and no part of your appointment is recorded or stored without your consent.
6. Safeguarding Your Information
We implement physical, administrative, and technical safeguards, including:
Encrypted communication systems
Secure electronic health record platforms
Role-based access to PHI
Password-protected devices
Regular security monitoring
Despite these protections, no system can guarantee absolute security. We continually evaluate our safeguards to protect your information.
